Sales Resourcer

My client based in central Lincoln, they are an established manufacturer and a market leader in supplying premium packaging products. They require a Sales Resourcer to join their Sales Team. The role is temporary ongoing and could have an opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities will include.
Source potential clients and potential buyers of surplus stock Conduct initial screening calls to assess client suitability. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Support consultants or sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling sales meetings, calls and appointments Create and post engaging advertisements. Liaise with clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the process. Generate leads or market maps to support business development. Maintain accurate records of communications and updates in the CRM system. Meet weekly and monthly KPIs set by management. This is an evolving role, and the ideal candidate will have a positive and direct telephone manner as phone work is key in this role. The Sales Resourcer supports the sales team by identifying, attracting, and engaging potential clients. This role involves proactive outreach, database management, and assisting in the development of talent or client pipelines to help achieve business targets.
