This varied and fast-paced role plays a vital part in supporting sales, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.From time to time, the role will also involve assisting with the preparation and packing of orders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support within the sales teamManage and maintain schedules for new and ongoing projectsAct as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional and responsive supportAssist with order processing, quotations, and sales documentationLiaise with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are metMaintain accurate records and systems in line with company proceduresUphold the company’s values of quality, care, and customer supportMaintain high standards of personal presentation and professionalismRequirementsGAI qualification, or working towards oneGood understanding of our customer base and industry environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills with close attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamProficient in Windows-based softwareWell presented with xwzovoh a professional and approachable manner, with an ability to help develop the businessConsultative and customer-focused mindsetExperience with Intec software is desirable but not essentialCurrently employed in a similar role, but not essentialWhat We OfferA Competitive salary based on experienceSupportive, team-oriented working environmentOpportunity to develop and grow within the role as the company expandsOngoing professional training and development opportunitiesHybrid working from home and in Normanton WF6 1TA.Company pensionFree On-site parking
