Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Sales & Service Administrator for our client based in South Lanarkshire.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organised administrator to join a long-established and supportive team. The Sales & Service Administrator plays a vital role in coordinating the full lifecycle of customer orders from initial sale to installation and ongoing servicing. Working closely with Sales, Installation, and Service departments, the successful candidate will ensure smooth operations through accurate documentation, efficient scheduling, and excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Administration
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and wider Sales team.
Coordinate and process customer documentation including contracts and finance agreements.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and returned promptly before progressing orders.
Process customer orders, raise invoices, and update internal systems with accurate records.
Maintain document control, ensuring compliance and easy accessibility.
