The Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in music, particularly pianos, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You will play a key role in guiding customers through their purchasing journey, from initial enquiry to final sale and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver apremium, consultative sales experience tailored to each customer

Demonstrate Yamaha acoustic and digital pianos with confidence and expertise

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Manage the full sales process, including enquiries, follow-ups, and closing sales

Maintain high showroom standards and ensure instruments are presented at their best

Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Support store events, workshops, and customer experiences

What We're Looking For

A passion for music and pianos (playing ability is desirable)

Proven experience in retail or sales, ideally in a premium or consultative environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, target-driven mindset

Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs

Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic

Team player with a positive attitude

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience selling high-value products

Knowledge of Yamaha instruments or similar brands

Background in music performance, education, or production
