Hatched Talent Solutions is proud to be the exclusive hiring partner for a leading workplace technology business that continues to experience strong and sustained growth. We are now supporting the search for an experienced and results-driven Managed Print Services (MPS) Sales Specialist to join their high-performing team.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to deliver tailored, value-added print and document management solutions to a wide range of customers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Midlands and North.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new MPS opportunities across both existing and prospective clients
• Engage with customers to assess needs and propose tailored print and document management solutions
• Present and position solutions including Hybrid Mail, EDM, document workflow, Uniflow, Papercut, and Pull Print
• Represent leading technologies such as Canon, HP, Lexmark, and Epson
• Prepare quotations, written proposals, and respond to formal tenders
• Work closely with the Technology Management team and Account Managers to maximise opportunity and delivery
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and meet/exceed KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MPS or Field Sales
• Strong understanding of print hardware and software solutions
• Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Commercially aware with a solution-led, consultative approach
• Proficient in Excel and confident in performance reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment

What’s on Offer

• Competitive base salary (£28,000 – £34,000, dependent on experience)
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70,000+
• Annual car allowance of £4,800 plus 25p per mile fuel reimbursement

• Reporting directly to the National Managing Director
