Sales Specialist Manager – Contract Role (Hybrid, London)

Remuneration: £44.23

Schedule: Hybrid (Tues–Thurs Office / Mon & Fri WFH)


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, deliver cross‑functional solutions, and drive revenue growth across a defined customer sector. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales leader with strong analytical ability, exceptional stakeholder management, and a passion for enabling high‑performing sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the strategy, development, training, and delivery of Sales Plays tailored to your assigned sector.
  • Champion best practices in communications planning, pitching, and sales excellence, embedding these behaviours within the wider team.
  • Establish and execute sales and product strategies to achieve commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, product adoption, and quota attainment.

Client Solutions & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with specialists across analytics, design, measurement, sponsorships, and creative to deliver end‑to‑end cross‑product client solutions.
  • Craft and facilitate workshops, pitches, and strategic engagements to support clients’ business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic direction.

Data & Insights

  • Conduct deep‑dive analysis to extract actionable insights and develop data‑driven recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for product, workflow, and process improvements; provide structured feedback to internal stakeholders.

Revenue Growth & Opportunity Management

  • Drive sales across a targeted customer list, partnering closely with specialist sales managers and industry leaders.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, assess revenue potential, and coordinate sales strategies to maximise commercial impact.
  • Share and scale best practices, sales techniques, and strategic frameworks to uplift performance across the sector.
