My client is expanding again and has a Sales Support role in their sales team. You don’t not need sales experience as this is a support role and good administration and communication skills are key for this. It is a fantastic opportunity to work in an area of the business where no two days are the same. The role is varied and fast paced and not for the faint hearted. It’s important to be able to multi task and work well under pressure. The company are experiencing a large amount of growth and so this is a great time to come into the business.

Responsibilities:

* Answering telephone and enquiries received, filing, Keeping customer database accurate and up to date

* Producing quotations for salesmen, completing tenders and supporting documentation

* Obtain quotations from suppliers to cost and quote to customers

* Processing new orders, Invoicing, recording data

* Prepare paperwork, finalise reports after the products have been delivered to include questionnaires

* Liaise with companies to initiate deals and payments prior to delivery, negotiate payment terms between customers/sales/accounts

* Working with other areas of the business to get the job done

* Liaise with other areas of the business to keep on track with the progress of the customers’ orders and give feedback to sales team and customers as required

* Raise work orders

* To record data and KPI’s to help improve sales leads and targets

* Responsible dealing with designated customers/orders etc.

* Complete costing sheets for the sales team in their absence

* Train and support other members of the team as and when required
