The Role As the business expands, we are looking for a calm, confident, and well-organised professional to join a friendly and collaborative team. You will support both the UK and international sales teams by managing customer service queries, coordinating order processing and dispatch, and maintaining regular communication with B2B clients, agents, and distributors. This role also provides cover for colleagues during business travel, client meetings, or annual leave, ensuring that daily operations continue smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for after-sales queries and ensure timely resolution. Liaise with logistics and production teams to update customers on live orders.
