Sales Support Coordinator Location: Head Office, Deeside Department: Customer Services Hours: MonFri, 9:005:30 Our client is a leading B2B wholesale distributor of blank apparel for customisation, supplying 4,000+ styles across 120+ brands to printers, decorators and retailers across the UK & Europe. What youll do: Own order processing and day-to-day account support (including sensitive accounts) Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve queries quickly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery Keep meticulous records and meet KPIs (accuracy & call retention) Act as a key contact for Internal & Field Sales What youll bring: Confident phone manner; clear written/verbal comms Calm, organised and customer-first under pressure Team player; Excel/Word savvy and quick to learn new systems Discreet with data and strong multitasking skills Salary £25,465 (this will increase in April) 23 days holiday + your birthday as extra (these increase to 25 days) This is an office based role working Monday - Fr...
