Experience really does make the difference!Our sales office is the hub-centre of the business, with most orders and enquiries being handled by our experienced three person team. We attempt to operate with the core values relating to good old fashioned customer service, treating our suppliers, customers and staff how wed like to be treated ourselves.An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly, caring team with a full time position in a technical sales support role.The role;The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of sales and technical enquiries from the trade and end users, mostly via telephone and email. Common tasks will include:Processing web and telephone ordersAnswering end user and dealer sales enquiries Handling technical issuesLiaising with warehouse staffSupporting field sales teamProcessing returns and warranty claimsWork schedule;Monday to Friday Regular office hoursPossible flexible work hours or hybrid workingfor right candidateOccasional shows / exhibitionsPackage;Salary range £28000-35,000 per annum30 days + holidayCompany pension schemeA friendly, relaxed and caring family business environmentThe usual benefits of working within the motorcycle industry.Requirements;Motorcycle knowledge is essential High standards of written and verbal communication.The ability to use your own initiative.High standards PC literacy.Attention to detail JBRP1_UKTJ
