Location: Rushock Trading Estate, Droitwich - Worcestershire
Salary: Up to £28,500 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, hybrid working available

About the role

As a Sales Support Executive, you will proactively manage the end-to-end sales process for existing accounts by ensuring quote accuracy and following up consistently to secure order conversions. You will also support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals and presentations, while ensuring smooth order processing and coordination with logistics, finance and inventory for timely delivery.

Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will maintain and update accurate records in CRM systems and generate insightful sales reports to track performance and forecast trends.
