Sales Support Executive

Ensilitech is a mission-led biotech developing patented technology that allows vaccines and biologics to be stored and transported without cold chain. As the company continues to grow its commercial capability, we’re now looking for a Sales Support Executive with experience in the life sciences sector to join the team.
This is an early-career opportunity for someone who wants to build strong commercial foundations within a scaling, science-led business. You’ll work closely with the leadership and commercial teams, helping improve how opportunities are tracked, analysed, and progressed.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support the commercial and leadership team by improving how sales activity is organised, tracked, and executed.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Supporting the sales process through CRM updates, follow-ups, meeting notes, and task tracking
• Ensuring leads, conversations, and opportunities are captured and progressed effectively
• Conducting market and competitor research within the life sciences sector
• Supporting preparation for customer meetings, presentations, and events
• Analysing internal data to help the team better understand markets, pricing, and positioning
• Acting as a reliable and organised point of support for a busy senior team
You won’t carry your own sales quota, but your work will directly support commercial traction and revenue growth by helping the team operate more effectively.
What we’re looking for
• 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial, sales support, or analytical role
• Exposure to the life sciences, biotech, or healthcare sector
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Commercially curious and interested in how science-led companies grow
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working with different stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can evolve
