The Role
We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our client’s growing UK team.
This pivotal role sits at the heart of the sales function, providing vital support to Account Managers, technical teams, and partners. You will help ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end sales process, from initial quotation through to delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual looking to build a long-term career within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and process customer orders
Liaise with internal teams, partners, and customers to coordinate activity
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Support client meetings and sales presentations
Produce sales reports and supporting documentation
About You
You are dependable, well-organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working at the centre of operations and take pride in ensuring processes run smoothly.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Customer Service
(Telecoms, IT, or UC experience is highly desirable)
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach, comfortable working independently and within a team
