Sales Support Executive

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Support Executive to join their London team.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager and Sales Director, this role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of customer orders across the UK — from initial enquiry through to delivery and aftercare.
You will act as a key interface between customers, the sales team, and internal departments, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient process throughout. The role combines sales support, project coordination, and customer engagement, playing a vital part in delivering high-quality workspace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Sales Team across all aspects of potential and confirmed orders, maintaining strong relationships with their customers
* Develop a strong understanding of the product range, with the ability to confidently communicate and advise clients and dealers
* Interpret and coordinate customer enquiries, orders, and project requirements from initial brief through to final delivery
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and order documentation in line with client specifications
* Coordinate the supply and installation of product mock-ups to support the sales process, liaising with internal teams and external partners
* Assist in sales presentations and client demonstrations where required
* Carry out site visits to client locations and dealerships to build relationships, support installations, and resolve any snagging issues
* Provide full administrative and operational support to the sales function
* Process orders accurately within internal systems, liaising with factories and third-party suppliers
* Raise and issue purchase orders to external suppliers, ensuring acknowledgements are received and recorded
* Maintain and update internal systems with all order details, including product specifications, delivery addresses, and timelines
* Issue order confirmations to customers and proactively communicate any updates or changes
* Track orders through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction
About You
* Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer-facing coordination role
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator, able to engage with clients, dealers, and internal teams
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Experience with CRM or order management systems is advantageous
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong customer mindset
