About the Role: Sales Support Executive This role is all about engaging with customers no cold calling, just meaningful conversations with people who have already shown interest in our services.

Inbound Calls: Answer incoming customer enquiries Understand their needs and direct them to the correct team Provide friendly, professional service and set expectations clearly Outbound Calls (Where You Earn Commission!): Contact customers who have already submitted an enquiry Introduce our comparison service Objection handle and transfer interested customers to our Sales advisers Earn £20-£50 per successful sale from your transfer What Were Looking For: Confident, friendly communicators Motivated by earning potential and career growth Positive team players Willing to learn full training provided Customer-focused with strong communication & listening skills Career Growth Opportunities: Once you master this role, your growth doesnt stop there.

Working Hours: Youll work on a 6-week rotating shift pattern , including a mix of shifts.
