Job Title: Sales Team Leader Location: Central London Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Team Leader to support, coach and motivate a growing sales team. You’ll play a key role in helping the team achieve targets, develop their skills and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of sales representatives to exceed targets
* Provide coaching, mentoring and regular performance feedback
* Analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
* Support on boarding and training of new team members
* Handle complex customer enquiries and escalate where necessary
* Foster a positive, energetic and collaborative team culture
About You
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within sales
* Strong communicator with excellent people-management skills
* Target-driven, organised and proactive
* Passion for developing others and leading by example
* Confident with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
