Catchpole & Rye is a family-run business known for its beautifully crafted bathroom collections. We’re looking for a proactive and personable Sales Team PA / Office Assistant to support our busy Chelsea showroom and dynamic sales team.

Your Role

You’ll be the organisational backbone of our sales and marketing team, ensuring seamless coordination across internal operations, client communications, and team support. This is a hands-on role that blends administrative precision with people-focused service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & Travel Management: Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior team members across the UK and internationally.
  • Team & Office Coordination: Facilitate internal communication, assist with onboarding, and support general office operations including reception duties, supply management, and maintenance tracking.
  • Client & Communication Support: Manage internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses to emails, calls, and written correspondence. Greet and assist showroom visitors to deliver a premium experience.
  • Sales & Project Administration: Prepare showroom schedules, support project teams with documentation, and assist with sales administration and customer communications.
  • Document & Presentation Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread reports, itineraries, presentations, and client meeting materials.
  • Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems; track key metrics for monthly reporting.
  • Operational Support: Help implement and refine procedures, monitor deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency.
  • Showroom Oversight: Order and restock showroom necessities, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.


What You’ll Bring

  • Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in a team-based administrative role, ideally supporting senior staff.
  • Organisation & Efficiency: Exceptional multitasking and organisational skills, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence in handling internal and external correspondence.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); training provided on internal systems.
  • Numerical Confidence: Accuracy in data entry and confidence working with figures.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and a helpful, positive attitude.
  • Professionalism: Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to represent the brand with confidence, especially when engaging with high-profile clientele.
  • Industry Insight: Experience in the luxury or design-led retail sector is a plus.
