Salesforce Administrator / Consultant | South West England | 6 Months | Outside IR35

We're seeking a Salesforce Administrator with strong experience in financial services to lead configuration, optimisation, and day-to-day management of the Salesforce platform. This role will support critical business functions across sales, operations, and compliance while driving the platform roadmap and integration strategy.

Key Technical and Experience Areas:
  • 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Advanced use of Salesforce Flows and Flow Builder
  • Configuration and customisation: custom objects, fields, workflows, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Data management: imports, exports, cleansing, and integrity
  • System integration with other platforms (e.g. finance, ops, compliance systems)
  • User support and training for cross-functional teams
  • Managing security settings, permissions, and compliance best practices
  • Creation of reports and dashboards for business insights
  • Ownership of the Salesforce enhancement roadmap and license management
Desirable Skills:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Exposure to Apex, LWC development, and custom application builds
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Git or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
Profiles with FS experience will be prioritised
