Salesforce Administrator Role | Digital Wealth manager | Up to £65,000 + bonus + Package | Hybrid work


Salesforce Administrator required for a Fintech, who specialise in building Digital Wealth Management platforms. With the aim of becoming the UK’s #1 digital financial planning business by 2028. This is a Greenfield roll out of the platform, and therefore this is an opportunity to get involved at an incredibly early stage, set best practices and see your work get impacted.



As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll report into the Head of Salesforce. As a Salesforce Administrator you'll get a well rounded opportunity including exposure to aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.


As a Salesforce Administrator on a Greenfield roll out, you'll get exposure to with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritising and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.


As a Salesforce Administrator you'll get involved in

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce Config: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer


This Salesforce administrator role is paying up to £65,000 + bonus + benefits.

3 days a week onsite at offices in Moorgate / Bank stations


The ideal candidate for this salesforce administrator role is a team player, enjoys working hard, exhibits professionalism, is dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations, has excellent problem-solving skills, is able to learn new technologies quickly, and uses their time efficiently.


Skills needed for the Salesforce Administrator role include:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Pardot
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of stakeholders
