Senior Salesforce Administrator Hybrid: 3 days in London £55,000 – £65,000 DOE

We’re partnering with a widely recognised media organisation to recruit a Senior Salesforce Administrator with AI experience to support and enhance a complex, business-critical Salesforce ecosystem.

The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and evolution of the Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring best practice and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer Salesforce across multiple clouds, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
• Configure and optimise Service Cloud, including case management, automations, and reporting
• Support and enhance Experience Cloud sites for internal and external users
• Work with Data Cloud to help drive unified customer insights and data-led decision making
• Support the use and adoption of Agentforce, improving service efficiency and user experience
• Manage user access, permissions, data quality, and system documentation
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders on enhancements and releases
• Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, promoting best practice and continuous improvement

Key Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Data Cloud
• Agentforce
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications (Admin / Advanced Admin) are highly desirable
