Salesforce Practice Lead

Location - Hybrid (London)

Salary - Circa £65k


We are working with a Salesforce partner who are looking for a Salesforce Practice lead to take responsibility and grow their Salesforce consultancy function.


The Role

You’ll take ownership of the strategy, growth, and delivery of the consultancy offering, leading a small team of Salesforce specialists while working closely with clients to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.


This role combines:

  • Strategic leadership – shaping and scaling the consultancy function
  • Team management – leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Client engagement – acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Commercial ownership – driving revenue growth and identifying new opportunities


What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Salesforce consultancy or partner environment
  • Experience leading and developing technical or customer-facing teams
  • Strong background in enterprise Salesforce delivery
  • Comfortable owning commercial targets, growth, and client relationships
