Salesforce Senior Project Manager (Manager, Programme Management)

Salesforce Senior Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple teams to deliver highly sophisticated projects on time and within budget, meeting client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining project scope and client requirements.
  2. Identifying and notifying internal teams of opportunities outside of the project scope.
  3. Ensuring all project interactions involve solution design, Agile teams, third parties, and clients.
  4. Guiding teams towards self-organization, minimizing outside noise to focus on successful software delivery.
  5. Providing constructive feedback to team members.
  6. Ensuring the team is fully functional and productive.
  7. Anticipating and managing project risks and issues.
  8. Serving as the escalation point for issues.
  9. Managing project finances to ensure profitability.
  10. Reporting project status weekly to PMO, including risks and issues.
  11. Ensuring correct application of the Agile 4D methodology.
  12. Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  13. Overseeing project documentation such as plans, requirements, change control, and risk registers.

Supporting and informing clients by:

  1. Facilitating stakeholder discussions and resolving conflicts up to C-level.
  2. Acting as the interface between clients and delivery teams.

Demonstrating leadership by:

  1. Assuming a leadership role within the Publicis Sapient Salesforce practice.
  2. Being recognized as a Salesforce industry thought leader.

Our hybrid work policy requires employees to be in the office or at client sites at least 3 days per week (4 days for VP+). We trust employees to manage their commute to meet these expectations, considering personal circumstances.

Qualifications include:

  1. Experience delivering complex Salesforce implementation projects, managing clients, Salesforce, and third-party suppliers.
  2. Extensive project management experience across multiple deliveries.
  3. Certified Scrum Master and/or Project Manager certifications (Prince2, PMP, etc.).

Behavioral skills:

  • Ability to lead multiple teams and earn their respect.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Technical skills:

  • Project management expertise in CRM or other cloud-based software projects.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce solutions.
  • Agile project environment experience and Scrum Master certifications.
