Your Impact

Salesforce Solution Architects are experts in the Salesforce platform who design comprehensive solutions based on client requirements. Creativity and excellent listening skills are crucial, as is the ability to identify how clients can realize business value from Salesforce.

• Understanding business and technical requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
• Analyzing business processes, identifying value-driven solutions, and assessing feasibility.
• Modeling processes, architecture, data structures, and information necessary for projects.
• Developing enterprise-grade architecture that leverages the Salesforce platform effectively.
• Aligning business strategy with technological direction.
• Collaborating to develop and enforce architectural standards.
• Supporting project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Assigning tasks and monitoring performance of functional consultants, providing guidance as needed.

Responsibilities

Your Skills & Experiences

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, especially with recent Loyalty Cloud implementations.
• Experience working with Salesforce Clouds such as Loyalty, Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce product suite and how to leverage it for client solutions.
• Ability to advise, mentor, and influence diverse teams on application design, solution capabilities, system landscape, adoption, change management, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven consulting skills to build trust with clients.
• Experience leading workshops like discovery, solution design, and delivery.
• Hands-on delivery skills.
• Mentoring abilities within a career development framework.
• Willingness to co-develop and deliver strategic advisory sessions.
• Independent work ethic and ownership of problems.

Set yourself apart with

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture concepts.
