Salesforce Technical Business Analyst

6 Month contract initially

Based: Hybrid - Maximum of 3 days p/w - Milton Keynes

Rate: £425 - £450 p/d (via Umbrella company)

A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Become the conduit between the Business and Technology teams.
• Support business discovery, leading on Salesforce discovery aspects - clarify and guide requirements solicitation.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to understand future state business processes, ensuring appropriate user story coverage.
• Support in business and technical refinement sessions.
• Create Figma wireframes using Salesforce plugin to aid discovery and requirement definition.
• Help drive the correct story structure and story size for a logical Salesforce delivery.
• Ensure the relevant artefacts are present to enable solution design and accurate estimation.
• Champion configuration over code.
• Conduct functional reviews of developed stories to ensure they meet the business needs prior to passing to QA.
• Help drive the client acceptance testing process to identify required changes and communicate changes to the development team.
• Act as the single point of contact for QA for your assigned stories, triaging and prioritizing bugs for review by the Product Owner.
• Support or deliver demos to the core team and wider stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience in designing declarative solutions.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and communicate complex issues simply.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience working in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
