Tops Pizza is one of the UK’s fastest-growing pizza brands, with a rapidly expanding franchise network and supply chain. Alongside this, Tops Supplies is scaling into a national wholesale distributor serving independent pizza shops and takeaways.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role split across:
- Growing sales within our franchise network
- Winning and expanding external wholesale accounts
You’ll work directly with leadership to drive revenue, improve margins, and help shape the future of our supply business.
- Drive franchise engagement and increase weekly order values
- Ensure full adoption of the Tops Pizza supply chain
- Build strong relationships with franchisees and promote new products and offers
- Win new B2B customers (pizza shops, takeaways, independents)
- Build and manage a strong external sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing, product mix, and margins
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to maximise efficiency
- Proven B2B sales experience (foodservice or wholesale preferred)
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Commercially sharp, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Full UK driving licence
