Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson from our office or remotely. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, understanding their construction and renovation needs, and presenting tailored solutions. They will manage sales processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the project team to ensure the alignment of client requirements with project outcomes. Regular client follow-ups, market analysis, and reporting will also form part of the responsibilities.

- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
- Knowledge of construction and renovation processes, materials, and industry trends
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on-site or remotely and establish strong client connections
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet project requirements
- Previous experience in the construction or related industry is a plus
