SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / SAP HR Consultant (CATS)

UK - Mostly Remote with very occasional travel to the UK offices.

6-month Contract paying between £700 - £773 per day inside IR35.

BPSS and SC Clearance required.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / SAP HR Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Time Tracking and Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) solutions within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations end-to-end.
  • Design Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) frameworks and global templates.
  • Configure Time Valuations, Time Types, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars and Time Accounts.
  • Integrate Time Tracking with Employee Central, Payroll (ECP) and third-party systems.
  • Facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications and documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / SAP HR Time Management experience.
  • Knowledge of CTR frameworks and payroll integration.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
