Job Title: SAP EWM L1Location: Alzey, GermanyWork mode: We need resources at the base site and working from the Warehouse location only (5 days a week). No remote working is expectedContract duration: 12 monthsMust-have skillsSAP EWM knowledge and Spanish speakingWarehouse operators and customer facing.Willingness to work in shifts, including Night Shift.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Level 1 Support for EWM business teamResponsible for liaising with client business teams and supporting the client on day-to-day operations and resolving L1 issues and raising incidents for connected teamsResponsible for coordinating with customer on day-to-day basis and win customer confidenceResponsible for Level 1 Support for EWM business team. Worked in SNOW ticketing toolWorked in EWM space in ECC EWM 9.5 or S / 4 HANA EWM 1909 or onwardsResponsible for understanding of integration with Warehouse Automation and MES systemResponsible for integrating with other satellite systems / vendors for issue analysis and resolutionResponsible for liaising with client business teams and advising the client on day-to-day operationsResponsible for coordinating with customer on day-to-day basis and win customer confidenceResponsible for aligning with EWM IT team for Change Requests and execute informal testingPropose workarounds for issues needing immediate resolutionJob descriptionShould have minimum 3 years in EWM hands on work in warehouse support or support projectsMust have experience in integrating EWM with automated systems like ASRS, AGV, LIFT, Scheduler, AMR, conveyors, pallet exchangers etc.Must have experience in integration of EWM with MES and S4 modules like Manufacturing and Quality ManagementMust have good knowledge in following IM areas : Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and ValuationMust have good knowledge in following EWM areas : Integration with ECC, Inbound Processing Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration, Kitting, Cold chain management etcGood Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP and QMGood understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications.Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool and testing toolShould have handled post go live stabilization and critical issue resolutionMust have an experience working in an environment utilizing number of non ECC systems like MES, WES using interfaces such as PI, ALE, REST etc.Basic understanding of custom code along with basic debugging skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
