Delivery Lead - ERP & HRIS Transformation

SAP PaPM (Profitability & Performance Management) Finance Consultant

The SAP PaPM Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Profitability & Performance Management solutions within S/4HANA environments. You’ll partner with finance, controlling, and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable profitability, cost-allocation, and performance reporting models. So a heavy detailed recent finance background is essential for this position.

Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP PaPM: finance requirements gathering, data modelling, configuration, testing, and deployment
Design and configure allocation methodologies (e.g., step-down, activity‑based costing) and finance calculation rules
Integrate PaPM with SAP S/4HANA FI‑CO, BW (or BW/4HANA), and non-SAP sources via ETL/data flows
Build financial models for profitability analysis, forecasting, simulation, and reporting dashboards
Optimize performance and data processing for large-scale financial models
Support end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Provide post-go-live support—troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

Direct experience in SAP PaPM finance implementations/configuration end to end.
Solid understanding of SAP FI‑CO financial processes, cost accounting, controlling, and profitability analysis
Experience integrating PaPM with SAP S/4HANA, BW/BW4HANA, and managing ETL processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; skilled in data modelling and performance optimization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in PaPM or related modules (e.g., FI/CO, BW, Analytics Cloud)
Experience with reporting platforms like SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC, Power BI, or BW/4HANA
3–5 years’ SAP PaPM consulting experience
Customer-facing experience; adept at leading workshops and translating business needs into technical solutions
Comfortable with hybrid/remote work models and international project coordination
