IT SAP PM Consultant Business: Pilgrim's Europe Department: IT Location: Rushmere We're looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to lead the design and rollout of a modern, S/4HANA-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution across Pilgrim's Europe. This is a key transformation role, moving from legacy ECC designs to a user-centric, Fiori-enabled, mobile-ready SAP PM solution as part of our SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud programme. What You'll Do Act as the functional lead and SME for SAP PM / EAM processes Redesign and standardise maintenance processes across sites and regions Configure SAP PM for work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, and planning & scheduling Drive adoption of SAP Fiori, mobility, scanning and automation Ensure strong integration with SAP MM, FI/CO and operational systems Lead SAP PM workstreams within S/4HANA and business transformation programmes Support live operations while driving continuous improvement and user adoption What You'll Bring 6+ years' hands-on SAP PM experience (ECC and S/4HANA) Strong configuration and process design skills across core PM functions Experience with SAP Fiori and interest in modern EAM capabilities Solid understanding of maintenance and engineering operations Confident communicator able to work with engineers, planners, and senior stakeholders Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with willingness to travel The company Pilgrim's Europe produces some of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland, including Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Denny, Richmond, Oakhouse and Moy Park, alongside a diverse range of industry leading own-label products in categories including fresh pork, lamb and chicken, working with all the major retailers and food service outlets.
