This role will be reporting directly into the current Head of SAP Large Enterprise. You will utilise your SAP expertise to shape and execute high-impact initiatives for clients and NTT DATA.

As a Programme Director, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and leading our high-performing SAP Project Teams, working closely with stakeholders across the business. You will bring proven C-Suite relationship management skills and the ability to drive negotiations at high levels. Additionally, you will demonstrate a highly developed ability to own and resolve conflicts and project issues, managing multiple and complex project risks amidst uncertainty.

The role requires significant experience in portfolio and project planning processes, techniques, and methodologies within multi-disciplinary and commercial environments, along with an in-depth understanding of strategic business objectives and complex organizational structures. MSP Practitioner/Advanced certifications and recognized Project Management qualifications (SAP Activate or MSP) are advantageous.

You will manage substantial project budgets (5-20 million) and lead teams of permanent and contract resources to ensure high levels of project delivery. You will be accountable for project risks, issues, and contingencies.

Leverage your excellent interpersonal skills to foster an environment where our SAP Consultants enjoy their work and deliver excellent results. Use your experience to guide the business in making appropriate decisions during change implementation.
