An opportunity is available for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Trainer to join a major transformation programme delivering a large-scale ERP implementation.
This role will focus on Finance (FI/CO), playing a critical part in ensuring successful user adoption across financial processes. Working closely with finance stakeholders and programme teams, the role will involve designing and delivering high-quality training to support the transition to S/4HANA.
This position requires on-site presence in Jersey for the duration of the contract. Applications are open to candidates across the UK and Ireland who are willing to relocate.

What You Need Strong experience delivering SAP Finance (FI/CO) training within S/4HANA programmes
Deep understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Reporting)
Experience designing and delivering finance-focused training materials and workshops
Ability to translate financial processes into clear, user-friendly training
Experience supporting finance teams through ERP go-live and hypercare phases
Familiarity with SAP Fiori and modern finance user interfaces
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
