London (Hybrid)

12 Month FTC

Up to £110,000 base salary plus benefits

About the Company and the Role

Our client is a leading global financial services organisation undergoing a period of significant HR technology improvement. As part of this transformation, a newly created interim position has arisen for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to enhance, streamline and integrate the firm’s HR systems landscape.


This role will be central to modernising the HRIS environment. You will take ownership of ongoing optimisation and automation within SuccessFactors, ensuring the platform is configured effectively, utilised intelligently and integrated seamlessly with a suite of internal products. The successful hire will combine hands‑on configuration expertise with the strategic capability to influence HR and technology stakeholders across a complex, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end configuration, optimisation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process automation, workflow improvement and system rationalisation.

• Oversee and improve integrations between SuccessFactors and other internal technologies, ensuring data accuracy and operational continuity.

• Partner with HR, Technology and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.

• Troubleshoot system issues, manage change requests and ensure documentation, testing and governance standards are upheld.

• Act as the SuccessFactors subject‑matter expert, providing guidance, challenge and best practice recommendations to senior stakeholders.


Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience as an SAP SuccessFactors SME within global, complex environments; financial services sector background is essential.

• Strong hands‑on configuration capability across multiple SuccessFactors modules.

• Proven track record enhancing HR processes through automation, optimisation and system redesign.

• Broader HR technology experience, including managing integrations with complementary platforms and tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate strategically while delivering in a highly technical, hands‑on role.

• Confident working in a fast‑paced interim capacity with the ability to deliver immediate impact.
