Technology Business Change Managers Active SC Clearance needed Initial 3 Month contract with possible extension London (Hybrid) Start date: 30/04/2026 £550 - 600 per day, Inside IR35 Our client is a technology-driven consultancy delivering secure digital and cloud-based capabilities into the UK Central Government and Defence industry. This role sits at the centre of a major technology transformation and roll-out for one of their end clients. They require 2-3 Business Change Managers to lead the people and operational side of the change from mobilisation through to adoption, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, users are prepared and the change is embedded successfully. The role will involve working closely with programme teams, operational stakeholders and client leadership to deliver change activity across the full lifecycle. This will include change planning, stakeholder engagement, readiness activity, impact assessment and supporting adoption into a secure and complex delivery environment.
