Scheduler (Shift Pattern)

Working in a hybrid style, based at home and West District Housing office, you will work full time, 37 hours per week. You will have 3 National 4s, or equivalent, including English. You will update and maintain the scheduling and monitoring tool (CM 2000) and the Council's own internal database. You will make decisions in relation to the deployment of frontline staff as well as providing the first point of contact from Service Users. You will have excellent all round computer knowledge including experience of working with computerised systems to input and retrieve data and be skilled in using reports and exporting to other software, eg Excel spreadsheets. You will have experience of assisting members of the public who are in stressful situations and be able to understand and meet the needs of people living in the community. You will be able to work as a team member, have the ability to work alone and to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision and under pressure. You will be required to work shifts including weekends and undertake further study/training.
