Job Description The scheduler will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure that machinery, equipment, and facilities are kept in optimal working condition. Working to various customer contracts, the Scheduler will triage all calls and assess the need to send mobile resource to then plan the job in efficiently, optimising efficient routes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities. Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, impact on operations, and resource availability. Triage and appropriately manage acceptances on portals. Ensure that all work orders are completed on time based on customer SLA and KPIs.
