You?ll ensure the smooth running of our retirement community by managing our buildings and ensuring our customers are always supported to live independently in their own home. What you?ll do Manage the scheme on behalf of our residents, ensuring that our buildings are safe, secure and meet required safety standards. Provide visibility on the scheme, engaging with customers, responding to calls and providing a warm, safe and welcoming environment. Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and welcoming. Although our customers live independently, they like to get together regularly to socialise in our wonderful communal spaces. Working with partner contractors for any repairs and maintenance works required in communal living areas. You might also support sourcing suitable local suppliers.
