About the Role

Dixons Newall Green School is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive School Administrator to join their team on a temporary full-time basis. This is a vital front-facing role within the school, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the academy.

You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, playing a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing front office reception and visitor processes

Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently

Maintaining accurate pupil records and administrative systems

Assisting with data entry tasks

Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff

Ensuring safeguarding and data protection procedures are followed

What We’re Looking For

Previous administrative experience (school experience desirable)

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A calm, professional manner in a busy environment
