School Breakfast Club Role

Location: Solihull
Hours: 7:30am – 9:00am, Monday to Friday (term time)
Start Date: ASAP - April/May 2026
Salary: Competitive – based on experience

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our Before School / Breakfast Club team at a welcoming primary school in Solihull. This is a part-time, term-time role, perfect for someone seeking flexible work that truly makes a difference. This is a long term role that allows you to commit to a setting on going, and build those long lasting relationships.

What you’ll do:

Welcome children as they arrive at school

Serve a healthy, nutritious breakfast

Lead fun, safe, and engaging activities to start the day positively

Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all children in your care

We’re looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with children and creating a happy, safe environment

Is dependable, punctual, and nurturing

Can work independently and as part of a small team

Has relevant experience or a desire to work in education or childcare

Holds a valid DBS certificate – or is happy to undergo a check & can provide x2 references of previous childcare experience

* X2 REFERENCES FROM A CHILDCARE OR EDUCATIONAL SETTING ARE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE
