We are recruiting an experienced School Business Manager to support 23 school sites across the Chesham and Amersham area. This is a full-time role with responsibility for finance and operational management, initially offered on a temporary basis with a clear view to permanent employment.

• Manage school finance and budgeting across multiple sites
• Oversee operational and business functions to ensure smooth day-to-day running
• Maintain accurate financial records using IMP accounting software
• Support senior leadership with financial planning and operational decision-making
• Ensure compliance with school finance and operational procedures
• Contribute to a structured handover and transition period

• Essential: Previous experience working in a school setting
• Strong background in finance and operational management
• Experience using IMP or similar school accounting systems
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple xbpsjku priorities
• Confident communicator, comfortable working across more than one site
