We are urgently seeking Cover Supervisors and Qualified Teachers to support a growing number of Primary and Secondary schools across the Brent area. With increasing demand for both short-term and long-term cover, we have immediate vacancies available.

About the Roles

We are working with a range of vibrant, diverse, and high-achieving schools in Brent who require reliable staff to step in and deliver high-quality classroom cover. Opportunities include:

Daily supply cover

Short-term assignments

Long-term placements (with potential for permanent contracts)

Full-time and part-time options

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervising classes during teacher absence

Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining positive behaviour

Supporting pupils to stay on task and engaged

Managing classroom transitions and routines effectively

Teacher Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons (long-term roles)

Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour

Assessing pupil progress and adapting learning where needed

Working collaboratively with school teams and support staff

Upholding safeguarding and school policies at all times

Requirements

For Cover Supervisors:

Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching, etc.)

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

Confidence leading groups of students

A genuine interest in education

For Teachers:

QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Recent classroom experience in the UK

Strong subject knowledge (for secondary roles)

Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effectively

For All Applicants:

A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Right to work in the UK
