School Finance Assistant- South London - £120 - £150 per day (Depending on Experience)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised School Finance assistant to join a well-established school in South London. This is a key role within the school, supporting financial operations and ensuring effective budget management.
The Role: As School Finance assistant, you will be responsible for helping to oversee the school's financial processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. You will work closely with senior leadership to support budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school's finances, including budgets, forecasting, and reporting Oversee income and expenditure, ensuring accurate financial records Process invoices, payroll support, and financial transactions Prepare financial reports for senior leadership and governors Ensure compliance with financial regulations and school policies Work collaboratively with administrative and leadership teamsThe Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience working in a school finance role Strong knowledge and experience using FMS (Financial Management System) Excellent organisational and numerical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesThe School Offers:
