The Role
As a School Kitchen Assistant, your duties will include:
Supporting the preparation and service of meals
Assisting with basic food preparation tasks
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Washing up and general kitchen housekeeping
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
We would like to hear from candidates who:
Have experience in a kitchen or catering environment (desirable but not essential)
Are reliable, organised, and willing to learn
Understand the importance of food safety and hygiene
Have the right to work in the UK
An Enhanced DBS certificate is preferred but not essential, as Blue Arrow can support suitable candidates with the application process.
