Our school is seeking a experienced and confident Office Manager with a ASAP start.

It is MANDATORY that applicants have experience as a school Office Manager, this is absolutely necessary.

You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm. This role is up until the Easter holidays, 20th March 2026.

As a School Office Manager your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Oversee daily administrative operations - Manage the front desk, staff, and communications to ensure a safe, efficient environment - leading the admin team - Handling visitor compliance (DBS checks) - Manage school budgets and supplies - Supporting student attendance and records

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
