About the RoleWe are seeking a professional, welcoming and highly organised School Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a busy Middlesbrough school.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our frontline team and play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for students, parents, staff and visitors.As the face of the school, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage incoming queries, and support the smooth operation of the school office. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders-including the Academy Leadership Team and Trust personnel-you will help maintain an efficient, friendly and solution‑focused environment.

Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries-face‑to‑face, telephone, and email
Providing a welcoming and professional reception service
Supporting administrative tasks within the school office
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient office systems
Liaising confidently with staff, students, parents, Academy Leadership Team, and Trust colleagues
Supporting wider school operations as required
