Temporary School Receptionist/Administrator. Bury. To start in January 2026! 4 days per week Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 8am - 4pm. £12.21 per hour

Based on a busy school front desk, your duties will include;

* Answering and transferring calls

* Meeting and greeting visitors, pupils, and parents

* Issuing visitor passes

* Updating the system for pupils who are late or go home sick

* Assisting with managing the schools email inbox

* Reporting any issues with the schools IT systems

* Monitoring and maintaining an accurate record of student attendance, producing reports as necessary

* Assisting with organising parents evenings and other meeting and events

* Dealing with post and sorting into pigeon holes
