About the role:

Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all visitors, staff, and callers Manage incoming calls, emails, post and general enquiries efficiently Maintain accurate visitor logs and carry out safeguarding and security procedures Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and preparing documents Work closely with office managers and wider administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role (school/education experience desirable but not essential) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail A calm, friendly, and proactive approach to handling a busy reception environment Competent with Microsoft Office and general administrative systems Experience using, SIMS, CPOMS, Inventry hugely beneficialTo be eligible you must:
