What We're Looking For

A strong interest or background in mental health, SEN, or youth work. Ideally some experience supporting vulnerable children or young adults. Someone local or willing to commute to Ware. A compassionate, reliable, and proactive adult role model who can provide consistent support for young people facing complex challenges.

Your Responsibilities

Supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD in both classroom and one-to-one settings. Collaborating with school clinical teams to deliver personalised support strategies. Assisting teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Promoting a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environment.
