School Support Worker - SEN Specialist School
Location: Kempston
Pay: £460-£500 per week

Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm | Term-time only
This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Clinical Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers, or Youth Justice professionals who want to gain hands-on experience supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD in a structured school environment.
As a School Support Worker, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and in-class support to students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD
* Assist in implementing personalised learning and behaviour support plans
* Support students with emotional regulation and social development
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
