As Science Lead Practitioner, you will combine exceptional classroom teaching with a wider responsibility for driving pedagogical excellence across the Science department and beyond. You will contribute to whole-school teaching and learning strategy, support departmental enrichment including STEM programmes, science olympiad preparation, and university outreach and play a key role in embedding a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.

Salary & Contract
